智能型在線(xiàn)式側裝密度計的溫度補償該怎么算
密度計的溫度補償并不是說(shuō)補償到多少適合，而是要按照測量時(shí)實(shí)際的情況來(lái)補償的，并不是說(shuō)想補多少就補多少。
密度計的溫度補償原理是：使用水當測量溶液時(shí)，密度計能測得樣品對水之比重值，而水的比重會(huì )隨著(zhù)水的溫度變化而變化，所以需要以水4℃比重1.0000為基礎加以溫度補償。
對于水的溫度補償系數,儀特諾固體密度計系列產(chǎn)品型號，都已存入攝氏0~49℃的記憶值。

/主要特點(diǎn)

測試前用溫度計量出水的實(shí)際溫度之后，將相應溫度修改成溫度計所顯示之溫度即可。(水溫相差6℃則比重將相差0.001)。儀特諾密度計儀器出廠(chǎng)時(shí)機器默認溫度為25℃。
運用阿基米德原理浮力法測固體密度，用純水作為測量介質(zhì)，既經(jīng)濟實(shí)惠，又方便取水，但是，當測量的固體產(chǎn)品，會(huì )跟水起反應，或者有些粉末放在水里會(huì )漂浮，不能完全沉入，此時(shí)還用水來(lái)作為測量介質(zhì)的話(huà)，測量結果就會(huì )有偏差的，所以就需要用到固體密度計的溶液補償功能。
智能型在線(xiàn)式側裝密度計的溫度補償該怎么算/安裝注意事項
1、在線(xiàn)密度計傳感器部分間距最少為200mm,直徑為50mm, 現場(chǎng)不能小于這些尺寸安裝,如選擇彎曲型密度計,請測量好可以伸進(jìn)管內的法蘭和長(cháng)度尺寸。
1. The distance between the sensors of the on-line densitometer shall be at least 200 mm and the diameter shall be 50 mm, which shall not be less than these dimensions for installation on site. If the bending densitometer is selected, please measure the flange and length that can be extended into the pipe.
2、現場(chǎng)液體必須保持沒(méi)過(guò)兩個(gè)測量傳感器,法蘭到第一個(gè)傳感器的距離可選。
2. The liquid in the field must not exceed two measuring sensors, and the distance from the flange to the first sensor is optional.
3、管道安裝時(shí)需讓液體從最下面傳感器之下進(jìn)入液體，或者從最上面傳感器的上面進(jìn)入液體，不要從中間進(jìn)入液體。管道安裝通液體時(shí)，管道閥門(mén)或者彎頭部分至少留出30CM液體緩沖距離。
3. When installing the pipeline, the liquid shall be allowed to enter the liquid from the bottom of the sensor or from the top of the sensor. Do not enter the liquid from the middle. When the pipeline is installed with liquid, at least 30cm liquid buffer distance shall be reserved for the valve or elbow part of the pipeline.
4、配備電源為24VDC輸出4-20mA信號如需接二次用表，需接24V“+”

5、現場(chǎng)環(huán)境如果外部有腐蝕性液體，請做好防護措施。如果有雷擊危險，請在周?chē)龊靡匮b置。

6、如需拆卸做清洗時(shí)，拆裝時(shí)請保證傳感器膜片不受到碰撞及其它損壞。

7、請勿在高出5Mpa情況下使用。
