　　從以機(jī)械化為中心的第一次工業(yè)革命到以電氣化為中心的第二次工業(yè)革命再到第三次的信息化革命，工業(yè)制造在不斷的發(fā)生著變化。在工業(yè)革命轟轟烈烈的發(fā)展過(guò)程中，儀器儀表也在人們生產(chǎn)和生活中發(fā)生著巨大的變化。如今，隨著以物聯(lián)網(wǎng)和人工智能技術(shù)為標(biāo)志的第四次工業(yè)革命的逐步展開，儀器儀表技術(shù)也將迎來(lái)新一輪的發(fā)展。

　　受產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化速度加快、價(jià)格競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇、產(chǎn)品生命周期短縮以及當(dāng)下的去產(chǎn)能、去庫(kù)存、去杠桿等因素的影響，儀器儀表行業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈，一著不慎就可能滿盤皆輸。2017年，我國(guó)儀器儀表制造業(yè)規(guī)模以上數(shù)達(dá)到4358家，其中有497家企業(yè)出現(xiàn)虧損，虧損企業(yè)平均虧損金額達(dá)到734.4萬(wàn)元。

　　目前，不少的國(guó)內(nèi)外廠商已經(jīng)越來(lái)越重視智能化儀表發(fā)展，建設(shè)了自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線，產(chǎn)品技術(shù)朝著微型化、多功能化、人工智能化、虛擬化等方向發(fā)展。在生產(chǎn)方式上，泉州已經(jīng)建設(shè)數(shù)字化生產(chǎn)線130條，完成生產(chǎn)銷售國(guó)產(chǎn)機(jī)器人1160臺(tái)，推廣應(yīng)用國(guó)產(chǎn)數(shù)控系統(tǒng)5340套，打造了嘉華機(jī)器人自動(dòng)上下料及3C鉆攻中心生產(chǎn)線、3條智能制造示范生產(chǎn)線；國(guó)網(wǎng)浙江省電力公司電力科學(xué)研究院成功研制了電能表智能檢定系統(tǒng)，項(xiàng)目實(shí)施后，電能表檢定效率提升58倍，檢定人員減少90%以上，運(yùn)營(yíng)成本降低50%；艾默生推出了適用于科里奧利流量計(jì)和電磁流量計(jì)的新版智能儀表自校驗(yàn)軟件。該軟件可根據(jù)需求提供流量計(jì)校驗(yàn)，讓過(guò)程工程師、技術(shù)人員和操作人員能基于當(dāng)下行業(yè)先進(jìn)儀表和過(guò)程診斷工具，關(guān)注儀表以外的事項(xiàng)并做出實(shí)時(shí)決策。
