   電磁流量計接地要求,西安華恒儀表介紹:電磁流量計的接地,一般用于接地的管道絕大部分是塑料管道或者其他非金屬管道,因為這些管道不導電,管道本身不會做接地處理,電磁流量計為了抗干擾和雷擊必須單獨做接地。

 
  The grounding requirement of electromagnetic flowmeter is introduced by Xi'an Huaheng Instrument:The grounding of electromagnetic flowmeter is generally used for grounding pipelines,mostly plastic pipelines or other non-metallic pipelines.Because these pipelines are not conductive,the pipeline itself will not be grounded.In order to resist interference and lightning stroke,the electromagnetic flowmeter must be grounded separately.
 
  電磁流量計傳感器輸出信號的接地點應與被測介質電氣連接,這是電磁流量計工作的必要條件。如不滿足這個條件,電磁流量計就不能正常工作,這是傳感器的信號回路決定的。當流體切割磁力線產生流量信號時,是以流體本身作為零電位的,一個電極上的產生正電勢,另一個電極上產生負電勢,不斷交替變化。
 
  The grounding point of the output signal of the electromagnetic flowmeter sensor should be electrically connected with the measured medium,which is the necessary condition for the electromagnetic flowmeter to work.If this condition is not satisfied,the electromagnetic flowmeter will not work properly,which is determined by the signal circuit of the sensor.When flow signal is generated by fluid cutting magnetic force line,the fluid itself is used as zero potential.Positive potential is generated on one electrode and negative potential is generated on the other electrode,which changes alternately.
 
  因此,轉換器輸入端中點(信號電纜屏蔽層)必須與流體共處于零電位且導通,這樣才能構成對稱的輸入回路。轉換器的輸入端中點是通過傳感器輸出信號的接地點與被測流體電氣連通的。
 
  Therefore,the midpoint of the input terminal of the converter(signal cable shielding layer)must be at zero potential with the fluid and on,so as to form a symmetrical input loop.The input midpoint of the converter is electrically connected with the measured fluid through the grounding point of the output signal of the sensor.
 
  1.儀表的接地點應是一個獨立的接地點,不允許與其他電氣設備的接地線連接在一起。接地電阻應小于10Ω,有些型號儀表規定應小于100Ω。
 
  1.The instrument should be connected at an independent place,and it is not allowed to be connected with the grounding wires of other electrical equipment.Grounding resistance should be less than 10,and some types of instruments should be less than 100.
 
  2.當傳感器安裝在絕緣管道上時,兩端必須安裝接地環,然后用導線連接,與流體“導通”,如果被測介質導電率較低,可用金屬短管代替接地環,確保接地效果。接地環作用同第一條。金屬工藝管道和介質直接接觸,接地線直接和金屬管道或法蘭連接,所以不需要接地環。
 
  2.When the sensor is installed on the insulating pipeline,grounding rings must be installed at both ends,and then connected with wires to"conduct"the fluid.If the conductivity of the measured medium is low,metal short tubes can be used instead of grounding rings to ensure the grounding effect.The grounding ring acts as the first one.The metal process pipeline is directly contacted with the medium,and the grounding wire is directly connected with the metal pipeline or flange,so the grounding ring is not needed.
