雙法蘭液位變送器在密閉管上的安裝的原理:
雙法蘭液位計用于防止管道中的介質(zhì)直接進(jìn)入變送器里,感壓膜片與變送器之間靠注滿(mǎn)流體的毛細管連接起來(lái)。它用于測量液體、氣體或蒸汽的液位、流量和壓力,然后將其轉變成4~20mA DC信號輸出。

Installation features of 3151 double flange liquid level gauge on closed pipe
1、在線(xiàn)密度計傳感器部分間距最少為200mm,直徑為50mm, 現場(chǎng)不能小于這些尺寸安裝,如選擇彎曲型密度計,請測量好可以伸進(jìn)管內的法蘭和長(cháng)度尺寸。
1. The distance between sensors of on-line densitometer shall be at least 200 mm and the diameter shall be 50 mm. The installation shall not be less than these dimensions on site. If bending densitometer is selected, please measure the flange and length that can be extended into the pipe.
2、現場(chǎng)液體必須保持沒(méi)過(guò)兩個(gè)測量傳感器,法蘭到第一個(gè)傳感器的距離可選。
2. The liquid on site must not exceed two measuring sensors, and the distance from the flange to the first sensor is optional.
3、管道安裝時(shí)需讓液體從最下面傳感器之下進(jìn)入液體,或者從最上面傳感器的上面進(jìn)入液體,不要從中間進(jìn)入液體。管道安裝通液體時(shí),管道閥門(mén)或者彎頭部分至少留出30CM液體緩沖距離。
3. When installing the pipeline, the liquid should be allowed to enter the liquid from the bottom sensor or from the top of the top sensor. Do not enter the liquid from the middle. When the pipeline is installed with liquid, at least 30cm liquid buffer distance shall be reserved at the valve or elbow part of the pipeline.
4、配備電源為24VDC輸出4-20mA信號如需接二次用表,需接24V“+”

5、現場(chǎng)環(huán)境如果外部有腐蝕性液體,請做好防護措施。如果有雷擊危險,請在周?chē)龊靡匮b置。

6、如需拆卸做清洗時(shí),拆裝時(shí)請保證傳感器膜片不受到碰撞及其它損壞。

雙法蘭液位變送器在密閉管上使用采用先進(jìn)的隔離型擴散硅敏感元件或陶瓷電容壓力敏感傳感器制作而成,將靜壓轉換為電信號,再經(jīng)過(guò)溫度補償和線(xiàn)性修正,轉化成標準電信號(一般為4~20mA/1~5VDC)的一種測量液位的壓力傳感器,又可以稱(chēng)之為“靜壓液位計、液位變送器、液位傳感器、水位傳感器”。
