    頂裝的3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器必須要在安裝時保持垂直，連桿也不能彎曲。許多情況還要加裝阻波管，以隔離罐內(nèi)液體的晃動對浮子產(chǎn)生影響和損壞，3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器一般都是在地下槽罐、或工作臺位于槽罐頂部的測量現(xiàn)場，因為浮子要下行到容器內(nèi)，所以安裝法蘭一般不得小于DN80，否則浮子直徑過大無法通過法蘭孔進入容器內(nèi)。很多客戶在選擇3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器的時候，并不在意法蘭的大小，這容易在以后的使用與維護中產(chǎn)生問題，而我們頂裝式的正常標準時法蘭為DN80，這樣現(xiàn)場的配對法蘭買一只DN80的正好與其匹配，并且3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器的浮筒和導桿都可以插入通過，順利安裝。如果客戶有特殊要求，需要小號法蘭，就是現(xiàn)在我們定做的法蘭DN50的大小。

    1、防腐性公稱壓力≤1.0MPa，安裝連接法蘭，液位計出廠的常用突面尺寸參考規(guī)范制造。

    2、3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器有一定盲區(qū)，故在讀取液位高度時應加上盲區(qū)值補償，生產(chǎn)廠家在液位計出廠時，標尺刻度零位已遷移到實際值。液位計測量范圍不超過5米，否則影響液位計的穩(wěn)定可靠、牢度等。

    3、3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器與罐體的連接部分一般是選用DN80或者DN100標準型的法蘭連接，如果用戶覺得牢固性不夠的話，可以根據(jù)實際情況選配更大規(guī)格的法蘭連接。一般情況下是可以的。

    4、3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器在安裝高度較高達到4米以上的話，建議一定要在兩邊加固定拉索，固定位置不偏移，可以保證儀表在惡劣測量環(huán)境中，比如現(xiàn)場震動大或遭到碰撞，大風天氣等，遭遇碰撞不會受到損壞。

    5、在遇到較高罐體測量時如10米以上，3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器不管是分段，建議在中間部位或者每個分段的法蘭周圍用卡箍或其他固定件固定。在裝置時，一定要堅持筆直狀況，3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器與容器引管間應加裝有球閥，以便液位計的維修和拆開清洗

    頂裝的3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器使用時需要對指示器的磁翻板用所附磁鋼進行一次引導，從而使3151/3051頂裝式液位變送器零位以上指示白色、零位以下指示紅色，通過無觸點報警開關(guān)使轉(zhuǎn)換起觸點按液位給定值動作從而達到液位控制的目的報警開關(guān)安裝在液位計所需控制位置，轉(zhuǎn)換器安裝在控制室內(nèi)。它是利用磁藕合原理來進行工作的。

    不過這里現(xiàn)場需要注意的是，如果選擇DN50的法蘭，罐體頂部開孔尺寸必須在78-80之間，配對接法蘭與頂部焊接之間的鋼管內(nèi)徑也是78-80mm，而配對法蘭DN50的中心孔開內(nèi)徑也是78-80，這三個直徑要保持一致。就是DN50的法蘭，中間孔直徑為加工變大，所以浮筒插入不了，就影響了法蘭對接。
