本安與隔爆的區別
Difference between intrinsic safety and flameproof
本安與隔爆型控制柜通常都安裝在安全區。本質(zhì)安全型防爆技術(shù)通常采用PLC控制系統，柜內配備安全柵，將危險區返回的信號線(xiàn)經(jīng)過(guò)安全柵處理后再接入PLC輸入/輸出模塊。目前國內通常對PLC輸入信號采用本安型防爆技術(shù)，可將危險區的輸入電流限制在2mA以下，因為電流很小，從本質(zhì)上講是安全的。

而PLC輸出信號因為價(jià)格和其它因素，通常采用隔爆型防爆技術(shù)，輸出信號線(xiàn)通常采用鎧裝電纜，穿入水煤氣管，接入隔爆型防爆電器，例如防爆電機等，安裝中要求從控制柜到最終設備之間都要進(jìn)行密封處理，將電纜與危險區進(jìn)行隔離。
Because of the price and other factors, the PLC output signal usually adopts the flameproof explosion-proof technology. The output signal line usually adopts armored cable, which is penetrated into the water gas pipe and connected to the explosion-proof electrical apparatus, such as explosion-proof motor. 隔爆型與本安型是兩種不同的防爆電器，前者內部可能有燃爆源（如燈泡）但采取隔爆措施達到安全目的，后者不會(huì )達到爆燃能量（電壓不高于 12 V，電流不大于 100mA，比如熱電阻，屬于本質(zhì)安全型）。雖然如此，防爆電器通常在安全場(chǎng)合和非安全場(chǎng)合分界處都安裝有安全柵。壓力變送器基于不同工作原理也可以有以上兩種區別。 防爆的等級根據使用場(chǎng)合選擇。
Flameproof type and intrinsically safe type are two kinds of different explosion-proof electrical appliances. The former may have internal explosion-proof source (such as bulb), but the latter will not achieve deflagration energy (voltage not higher than 12 V, current not greater than 100 Ma, such as thermal resistance, belonging to intrinsically safe type). However, the explosion-proof electrical appliances are usually installed with safety barriers at the boundary between safety and non safety occasions. Pressure transmitter can also have the above two differences based on different working principles. The explosion-proof grade is selected according to the application situation.
