一：無輸出
One:No Output
1、導(dǎo)壓管開關(guān)沒有打開；
2、導(dǎo)壓管路堵塞；
3、供電電源過低；
4、供電電源接錯；
5、儀表輸出回路故障；
6、安全柵故障；
7、表頭故障、無法顯示；
8、內(nèi)部插件接觸不良；
9、電路板故障
1.The switch of the guide pipe is not opened;
2.The guide pipe is blocked;
3.The power supply is too low.
4.Connection fault of power supply;
5.Output circuit fault of instrument;
6.Safety grid fault;
7.Head failure,unable to display;

二、輸出過大
Excessive Output
1、導(dǎo)壓管中有殘存液體、氣體；
2、電路板故障；
3、負(fù)導(dǎo)壓管一次閥沒開或者是沒開全；
4、負(fù)壓管泄露；
5、安全柵故障；
6、DCS量程設(shè)置過大；
1.There are residual liquids and gases in the guide pipe;
2.circuit board fault;
3.negative guide pipe primary valve is not opened or not fully opened;
4.negative pressure pipe leakage;
5.safety grid fault;
6.DCS range setting is too large;
三、輸出過小
Third,too small output
1、正導(dǎo)壓管堵；
2、平衡閥漏或者沒關(guān)死；
3、電路板故障；
4、正導(dǎo)壓管一次閥沒開或者是沒開全；
5、正壓管泄露；
6、安全柵故障；
7、DCS量程設(shè)置過?。?/div>
1.Plugging of positive pressure guide pipe;
2.Leakage or not closing of balance valve;
3.Circuit board fault;
4.Primary valve of positive pressure guide pipe is not opened or not fully opened;

四、輸出不穩(wěn)定
IV.Output instability
1、導(dǎo)壓管中有殘存液體、氣體；
2、被測介質(zhì)有波動；
3、輸出回路中有接觸不良或斷續(xù)短路；
4、接線松動；
5、內(nèi)部接插件接觸不良；
6、壓力傳感器損壞；
7、電路中有多處接地；
