一:無(wú)輸出
One:No Output
1、導壓管開(kāi)關(guān)沒(méi)有打開(kāi);
2、導壓管路堵塞;
3、供電電源過(guò)低;
4、供電電源接錯;
5、儀表輸出回路故障;
6、安全柵故障;
7、表頭故障、無(wú)法顯示;
8、內部插件接觸不良;
9、電路板故障
1.The switch of the guide pipe is not opened;
2.The guide pipe is blocked;
3.The power supply is too low.
4.Connection fault of power supply;

二、輸出過(guò)大
Excessive Output
1、導壓管中有殘存液體、氣體;
2、電路板故障;
3、負導壓管一次閥沒(méi)開(kāi)或者是沒(méi)開(kāi)全;
4、負壓管泄露;
5、安全柵故障;
6、DCS量程設置過(guò)大;
1.There are residual liquids and gases in the guide pipe;
2.circuit board fault;
3.negative guide pipe primary valve is not opened or not fully opened;
4.negative pressure pipe leakage;
5.safety grid fault;
6.DCS range setting is too large;
三、輸出過(guò)小
Third,too small output
1、正導壓管堵;
2、平衡閥漏或者沒(méi)關(guān)死;
3、電路板故障;
4、正導壓管一次閥沒(méi)開(kāi)或者是沒(méi)開(kāi)全;
5、正壓管泄露;
6、安全柵故障;
7、DCS量程設置過(guò)??;
1.Plugging of positive pressure guide pipe;
2.Leakage or not closing of balance valve;
3.Circuit board fault;
4.Primary valve of positive pressure guide pipe is not opened or not fully opened;
5.Leakage of positive pressure pipe;
6.Safety grid fault;
7.DCS range setting is too small;
四、輸出不穩定
IV.Output instability
1、導壓管中有殘存液體、氣體;
2、被測介質(zhì)有波動(dòng);
3、輸出回路中有接觸不良或斷續短路;
4、接線(xiàn)松動(dòng);
5、內部接插件接觸不良;
6、壓力傳感器損壞;
7、電路中有多處接地;
