   浮筒液位計測量原理,西安華恒儀表介紹:浮筒液位計是根據阿基米德定律和磁耦合原理設計而成的液位測量儀表,儀表可用來測量液位、界位和密度,負責上下限位報警信號輸出。專用于測量壓力容器內液位,由四個基本部分組成:浮筒、彈簧、磁鋼室和指示器。

 
  Float level gauge measuring principle,Xi'an Huaheng Instrument:Float level gauge is designed according to Archimedes law and magnetic coupling principle.The instrument can be used to measure liquid level,boundary level and density,responsible for the output of upper and lower limit alarm signal.It is specially designed for measuring liquid level in pressure vessel.It consists of four basic parts:buoy,spring,magnet chamber and indicator.
 
  原理:
 
  Principle:
 
  浸在液體中的浮筒受到向下的重力,向上的浮力和彈簧彈力的復合作用。當這三個力達到平衡時,浮筒就靜止在某一位置。當液位發生變化時,浮筒所受浮力相應改變,平衡狀態被打破,從而引起彈力變化即彈簧的伸縮,以達到新的平衡。彈簧的伸縮使其與剛性連接的磁鋼產生位移。
 
  The buoy immersed in liquid is subjected to the combined action of downward gravity,upward buoyancy and spring elasticity.When these three forces are balanced,the buoy is stationary at a certain position.When the liquid level changes,the buoyancy of the buoy changes correspondingly,and the equilibrium state is broken,which causes the elastic change,i.e.the expansion and contraction of the spring,in order to achieve a new balance.The expansion of the spring displaces the rigidly connected magnet.
 
  這樣,通過指示器內磁感應元件和傳動裝置使其指示出液位。限位開關的儀表即可實現液位信號的報警功能。
 
  In this way,the liquid level is indicated by the magnetic induction element and the transmission device in the indicator.The instrument of limit switch can realize alarm function of liquid level signal.
 
  基于位移測量原理,懸掛在測量彈簧上的位移筒體沉浸在被測液體中,并受到阿基米德向上浮力作用,其作用力與排開液體質量成正比。根據液位高低,筒體浸入深度不同,向上浮力發生變化,測量彈簧將要作相應延伸,以達到測量結果。
 
  Based on the principle of displacement measurement,the displacement cylinder suspended on the measuring spring is immersed in the measured liquid and acted by Archimedes upward buoyancy,whose force is proportional to the mass of the discharged liquid.According to the liquid level and the depth of immersion,the buoyancy of the cylinder will change.The measuring spring will be extended accordingly to achieve the measurement results.
